This is an email-based service designed to help you understand why a behavior is happening and what gentle, realistic steps can support your cat’s wellbeing.

You’ll receive a concise, tailored insights report that brings together your cat’s history, environment, and behavior into a clear picture, along with focused, actionable recommendations you can start right away.

 

This service is ideal for caregivers wanting thoughtful guidance, a grounded second opinion, or help making sense of a behavior without needing a full consultation.

How it works:

  • Complete a brief questionnaire about your cat's behavior.

  • Receive a prompt invoice for $115

  • Within 5 business days of payment, you’ll receive:

    • You’ll receive a concise, personalized email with targeted insights and a bulleted list of practical recommendations tailored to your cat’s needs.​

  • Includes 1 week of client-initiated email follow-up for brief clarification or small updates related to your original concern. (This does not include new concerns or extended consulting.)

The help desk is ideal for: 

  • Mild behavior concerns (e.g. minor aggression concerns, mild anxiety, minor litter box quirks)

  • Enrichment, wellbeing, or environment-related questions

  • Caregivers seeking initial guidance or reassurance before pursuing deeper support
